I had a failure of our Water Cooled system which after five years of not being maintained or cared for decided to give up during the hottest week of the year.
I contacted Cool Technology after doing some research on the internet. They came highly recommended as they work closely with the manufacturer.
When Steve the engineer turned up ten minutes early (given that he left home at 5.30am) I was already impressed.
He quickly assessed the situation and we feared the worst. After a lot of cleaning, testing and bringing the unit back up to a good standard no luck! After going through all the diagnostics and One last throw of the dice Steve managed to get the unit working again.
The unit has never worked so well even after it’s installation. Thank you to Steve and his enthusiasm for getting things done.
